REORGANIZAÇÃO DO PROCESSO DE TRABALHO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE NO ENFRENTAMENTO À COVID-19

RESUMO Objetivo: avaliar o processo de trabalho dos profissionais saúde na atenção primária no enfrentamento à Covid-19. Método: estudo qualitativo, que utilizou como base conceitual em saúde, e, referencial metodológico, a pesquisa avaliativa. A coleta foi realizada com 23 entre julho e setembro 2021, nas unidades básicas um município noroeste do Paraná-Brasil. Para análise organizaram-se os dados por meio software MAXQDA, cada segmento dado organizado conforme significados. Resultados: emergiram duas categorias, saber: Dificuldades enfrentadas reorganização da ambiência, atividades programáticas dimensionamento saúde; Organização fluxo atendimento ao usuário Covid-19 saúde. Conclusão: este reforça indispensabilidade avaliação para melhoria assistência principalmente condições emergência pública.
